The Iuorio agricultural company is in its fourth generation. Our ancestors were farmers and the lands that we still cultivate today were the source for the life and growth of the whole family. Our mission is to re-propose typical products with a new look, on the table of those looking for authentic flavours. Our vision is to make Casa Iuorio every day the place where the food we produce is a source of health and well-being. Our farm is located in Palomonte, in the province of Salerno, immersed in the green countryside of Monte Palo which, with its characteristic pizzute shape, gives its name to our small town of 4 thousand inhabitants. Located between the Foce Sele-Tanagro and Monti Eremita-Marzano nature reserves, the farm extends for eleven hectares, in a context rich in natural resources. We cultivate using natural agriculture methods, respecting the rhythms of the seasons and challenging the clayey soil of our countryside which makes irrigation difficult, and which at the same time gives mineral properties to our crops, making them particularly nutritious and tasty.
