Elisir – acqua di pomodoro

Natural tomato extract, made from artisanal processing of tomatoes grown in the open fields on our farm in Palomonte, in the province of Salerno. For an "elixir of well-being," it contains all the nutrients found in tomatoes, which are mostly water. Suitable for risottos, pasta dishes, to flavor soups, and seafood sauces and marinades. Once opened, the product can be refrigerated at +5°C for up to 2-3 days.
