Carciofini “I piccolissimi”

Very small artichoke hearts, in extra virgin olive oil. The artichokes are grown and prepared on our farm. Each artichoke heart is cut by hand and refined until it reaches a very small size. The artichokes are then placed in the glass jar one by one and are covered with EVO oil. Ideal to consume in appetizers and as a side dish: with their delicate flavor they make every dish special. Once the jar is opened, keep in the refrigerator at +5 °C and consume within 2 months. It is recommended to always keep it covered with extra virgin olive oil.
