Carciofini “I piccolissimi”

Very small artichoke hearts, in extra virgin olive oil. The artichokes are grown and prepared on our farm. Each artichoke heart is cut by hand and trimmed until it reaches very small dimensions. The artichokes are then placed in the glass jar one by one and covered with EVO oil. Ideal for consuming in appetizers and as a side dish: with their delicate flavor they make every dish special. Once the jar is opened, keep in the refrigerator at +5 °C and consume within 2 months. It is recommended to always keep it covered with extra virgin olive oil.
