Spiert broccoli “scuppettiati” – Chef Selection. Sautéed in oil with garlic and hot chili pepper. Broccoli belong to a traditional variety of the Alta Valle del Sele called "Spiert", that is, spontaneous, wild. Their Mediterranean and wild taste has a strong and unmistakable personality. They are grown on our land in Palomonte (SA), in open fields and without using chemical agents. After harvesting, we at the Casa Iuorio farm take care of the transformation, in the laboratory adjacent to the fields. Ideal for appetizers, on pizza, to stuff focaccia and piadina but also as a side dish for meat, fish and cheese. Once the jar is opened, keep in the refrigerator at +5 °C and consume within 1 month. It is recommended to always keep it covered with oil.
