Carciofini “I piccoli”

Baby artichokes in extra virgin olive oil. After being hand-picked in our fields in Palomonte (SA), the artichokes arrive fresh in our workshop, where they are processed exclusively by hand. Once ready, the artichokes are placed in glass jars and covered with extra virgin olive oil. This is a precise process that requires time and skill. From appetizers to side dishes, they're also ideal for a healthy snack with homemade bread. Once opened, keep refrigerated at +5°C and consume within 2 months. It's recommended to always keep the jar covered with extra virgin olive oil.
