Carciofini “I piccoli”

Small artichokes in extra virgin olive oil. After being hand-picked in our fields in Palomonte (SA), the artichokes arrive very fresh in the laboratory, where they are processed exclusively by hand. Once ready, the artichokes are placed in glass jars, covered with extra virgin olive oil. It is a precision job, which requires time and manual skill. From appetizers to side dishes, they are also ideal for a healthy snack with homemade bread. Once the jar is opened, keep in the refrigerator at +5 °C and consume within 2 months. It is recommended to always keep it covered with extra virgin olive oil.
