Crema di limoni

The lemon cream is made with lemons harvested and processed exclusively by hand. It contains no added preservatives or colorings. It can be used in a variety of ways: spread on bread or toast; fill cakes, croissants, and brioches, both before and after baking; decorate cakes and pastries; or serve as a topping on yogurt, fruit, and ice cream. Once opened, the product can be refrigerated at +5°C for up to a week.
