Acquasale di pomodoro vernino

Vernino Tomato Acquasale. Fresh bruschetta mix with garlic, oregano, salt, and extra virgin olive oil. Made with the heirloom yellow "vernino" tomato variety, round, with thicker skin and an orange/yellow color, it, as the name suggests, keeps well even in the winter months. A typical peasant preparation, it's perfect for bruschetta, but also for salads and soups, or on pizza, focaccia, and schiacciata. Once opened, the product can be refrigerated at +5°C for up to two weeks.
