Acquasale di pomodoro vernino
Winter tomato salt water. Fresh preparation for bruschetta with garlic, oregano, salt and extra virgin olive oil. It is made with the ancient variety of yellow "vernino" tomato, round, with thicker skin and an orange/yellow color which, as the name suggests, keeps well even in the winter months. Typical preparation of peasant cuisine, suitable for making bruschetta but also for salads and soups, or on pizza, focaccia and tortillas. Once the jar has been opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator at +5 °C for a maximum of 2 weeks.
