Carpaccio di zucca con bacche rosa

Marinated pumpkin carpaccio, with parsley and pink berries. The pumpkins are grown in the open field on our Palomonte farm. Harvested by hand, they are prepared in an artisanal way in the internal laboratory. Ideal as an appetizer, as a side dish for meat and fish, on pizza, to fill wraps and sandwiches.
