Artichokes with stem, in extra virgin olive oil. The artichokes are hand-processed fresh in the laboratory inside our farm. Roman artichoke violet, characterized by a particular softness which makes it suitable for various uses in the kitchen. They can be used to enrich appetizers or as a side dish for fish and meat, but also on pizza. Once the jar is opened, keep in the refrigerator at +5 °C and consume within 2 months.
