Our products are carefully monitored throughout all stages of production, from receiving the raw materials to processing, from packaging to storage and shipping. Our origins date back to 1993, when our family began working in the processing and marketing of preserved truffle products and fresh truffles, deciding to implement a continuous transformation to build a solid and well-organized company. The experience we have gained over the years has led us to achieve significant international success. Today, the export of mushrooms, fresh truffles, and preserved products represents our core business. Our truffles come exclusively from Italian forests, predominantly in Molise, where intensive cultivation is not practiced and therefore pesticides or fertilizers are not used.
