Our truffles come exclusively from Italian forests, primarily in Molise, where intensive cultivation is not practiced and therefore pesticides or fertilizers are not used. The salt we use is an Italian product, specifically Sicilian salt. SUGGESTED USE: Ideal for enriching and flavoring any type of dish, hot or cold, especially roasts, braised meats, steaks, tartare, and potatoes.
