For us, food safety is a fundamental factor, which we guarantee daily to our customers for their customers. Our products are carefully checked during all stages of production, from receiving the raw material to the transformation phases, from packaging to storage and shipping. Our origins date back to 1993, when our family began to operate in the sector of processing and marketing of preserved truffle products and fresh truffles, deciding to implement a continuous transformation in creating a solid and well-organized company. The experience gained over the years has led us to achieve significant goals at an international level. Today, the export of mushrooms, fresh truffles and preserved products represents our core business. Our truffles come exclusively from Italian forest lands, mainly from Molise, where intensive cultivation is not applied and therefore pesticides or fertilizers are not used.
