Our truffles come exclusively from Italian forests, primarily in Molise, where intensive cultivation is not practiced and therefore pesticides or fertilizers are not used. For this product, we use only Grana Padano DOP cheese, in keeping with our commitment to using Made in Italy products in our preparations.
