Our truffles come exclusively from Italian forests, primarily in Molise, where intensive cultivation is not practiced and therefore pesticides or fertilizers are not used. We use only premium-quality olive oil, produced in Italy, for our products. The delicious slices of our summer truffle in olive oil, or more simply carpaccio, are a ready-to-use yet elegant alternative to fresh summer truffles. Preserving them in slices in olive oil preserves the truffle's characteristic aroma and preserves all its sensory properties over time. It is an extremely versatile product, available year-round.
