Our truffles come exclusively from Italian forests, primarily in Molise, where intensive cultivation is not practiced and therefore pesticides or fertilizers are not used. We use only premium-quality olive oil, produced in Italy, for our products. SUGGESTED USE: Ideal for enhancing pasta dishes, red meat dishes, and for preparing quick appetizers, such as crostini, fried polenta, or canapés.
