Bucatini - Organic Pasta of durum wheat semolina
Bucatini are a type of long pasta, similar to spaghetti, perforated in the center. Typical of the Roman tradition and central Italy, this is an ideal format for pasta alla carbonara, amatriciana and for cheese and pepper. Made with only Russello wheat, it is drawn to bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics. An artisanal process, for a pasta of excellence.
