Grapes : Moscato di Alessandria


Vinification : skin maceration for 10 hours, controlled fermentation and addition of neutral wine alcohol


Aging : one year in tanks and then in the bottle


Alcohol content : 16% vol


Color : antique gold


Perfume : aromatic, intense and fruity


Taste : full and harmonious


Pairing : dry desserts in general, almond and dried fruit desserts, excellent dessert wine
