Caciocostanzo di Bufala Stagionato
The matured buffalo cheese is a stretched curd cheese made only of buffalo milk, salt and rennet.
It is aged for 8 to 10 months and has an intense and delicate flavour. It is available cut, vacuum-packed, or whole, weighing approximately 4 kg. It is a ready-to-use product, suitable for various uses, and is excellent grated in flakes to complete dishes.
Store in the fridge at a temperature of around 4°C.
It is consumed at an ideal temperature of approximately 15–20° C.
