The Caffo Distillery has been producing spirits, liqueurs and bitters for over a century. After the success of Vecchio Amaro del Capo, it expanded in Italy and abroad, relaunching historic brands and creating new innovative and premium products.
All infusions and distillations take place internally, from raw materials selected and controlled by the internal Caffo Research laboratory.
Control of the quality supply chain is essential to guarantee the constant quality of CAFFO products over time, whether they are citrus liqueurs, such as Limoncino dell'Isola obtained from the peels of the best Calabrian lemons processed immediately after harvesting, or fine spirits such as Grappa Unica di Calabria obtained exclusively from the pomace of grapes grown and vinified in Calabria.
