Grappa Unica di Calabria

Grappa Unica di Calabria is obtained from the selection of fine pomace from the Gaglioppo, Magliocco, Greco vines and small batches of other local varieties, therefore all Calabrian. The slow distillation takes place in bain-marie copper stills, which contribute to giving the distillate the best organoleptic characteristics typical of the vines of origin. The reference to the name UNICA di Calabria arises from the fact that our distillery in Limbadi is the only one operating at a regional level.
