Since then, the renowned dairy tradition of Vallo di Diano has led to the growth of the small dairy, ensuring that its products quickly become established throughout Southern Italy. The great passion for this work and the experience gained contribute to the professional development of the company over the years. High technological production and organizational levels are achieved, with the provision of the most modern machinery for the production and packaging of cheeses, while always keeping the work of the artisans and the ancient Cilento dairy tradition at the center of the modus operandi.
