Halal means lawful or permissible, and it specifically refers to food products that comply with Islamic laws. Halal certification is issued by authorities or organizations that assess and monitor adherence to these rules throughout the production process. Halal certified products can display the certification mark on their label. Additionally, you can request the halal certificate issued by the certification body in accordance with national and international halal standards from the manufacturer.
