"Innovation in tradition" encapsulates the vision of Giovanni Cicero, the artisan entrepreneur behind the company. Inspired by family history, which has centered around carob for twenty years, the project aims to forge its own identity today. If carob is destiny, then chocolate is a choice. From the experience of Expo 2015, Ciokarrua returns to Sicily with a renewed imagination that focuses on the fusion of time, ideas, and places to set new objectives. In 2017, the company rethinks its spaces, and within the new, more functional context, the laboratory transforms into a true artisan workshop.
