Caseificio Preziosa, known by the "Mozzarella di Seriate" brand, was founded on September 12, 1950 by its founder, Mr. Teodosio Preziosa, as an artisanal workshop producing mozzarella and other dairy products. Today, nearly seventy years later, it is a modern food company that artisanally processes approximately 110,000 liters of milk daily, collected from 40 historic local farms that still provide the raw material through a family-run relationship and a strong tradition. This has become a source of pride for the company and a key point of reference for local identity, representing a unique presence in the Lombardy region.
