MOZZARELLA DI SERIATE 200GR.
It is the historic product of Caseificio Preziosa whose original recipe has been handed down since 1950 when the founder Teodosio Preziosa brought an innovative product to the market, different from the classic mozzarella fior di latte in water. The fundamental element is the local milk from the province of Bergamo collected from stables certified with "Animal Welfare", but the main characteristic is the absence of water which makes it ideal for multiple uses: both at the table and in the kitchen. For 70 years now it has been present on the tables of Bergamo people of every generation perhaps precisely because of its strong and constant flavour over time.
