MOZZARELLA DI SERIATE 200GR.
It is the historic product of Caseificio Preziosa whose original recipe has been handed down since 1950 when the founder Teodosio Preziosa brought to the market an innovative product, different from the classic fior di latte mozzarella in water. The fundamental element is the local milk from the province of Bergamo collected from stables certified with "Animal Welfare", but the main characteristic is the absence of water which makes it ideal for multiple uses: both on the table and in the kitchen. It has been present on the tables of Bergamo residents of every generation for 70 years now, perhaps precisely thanks to its strong and consistent flavor over time.
