Calabrian Pasta was born from a passion for a land and its products, and from the desire to bring the culinary specialties of a region—Calabria—rich in traditions, tastes, and flavors to your table. 'Nduja, spicy chili peppers, Sila potatoes, Tropea red onions, bergamot, black pig, and porcini mushrooms are just some of the extraordinary flavors you'll encounter as you travel through Calabria. Calabrian Pasta has collected these products, enhancing their flavor, and encapsulating them in a treasure chest of pasta made from semolina and flour, also of Calabrian origin, processed with the purest water that springs from the Sila Piccola mountains at over 1,400 meters above sea level. The result is a typical, artisanal, tasty, and unique product. We carefully select the ingredients we use for our pasta, all of the highest quality, with the goal of achieving a product of excellence. We do not use eggs in our pasta, to keep it light and enhance the flavor of the filling or sauces that accompany it. Freezing crystallizes all the flavors, aromas, and sensations of an entire region.
