We are Enrico, Matteo and Davide, we are independent winemakers, we are young and we have been cultivating our grapes since 2012, the year our family business was founded. All our wines, in addition to the type, extra dry, brut, extra brut, have a specific name on the label. Each bottle of Prosecco has been engraved with the name of a member of our family, people who were fundamental to the foundation of the company. The Bresolin Bio company was founded only in 2012, so it was brand new, but we brothers inherited passion and land from our grandparents. The achievement of this goal would not have been possible without their enormous contribution. Our passion for viticulture was born very early, we were little when our grandparents started to take us to the countryside with them to contribute with the first jobs, especially during the harvest. Our story was born in the hills of Valdobbiadene, it is here that our passion was born, it is here that we understood that this would be our future, viticulture. Once we understood what our future would be, we decided to focus on the DOCG of Asolo, a new and young appellation, perfect for us. It is the place where we were born and raised, a territory that reflects us 100%. This is where we put down roots and founded our own small family-run business.
