Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut - BENNY

A wine with a pale straw yellow colour. Very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is elegant with floral scents. It is reminiscent of peach blossoms, wild roses and passion fruit. The fruity aromatic component is given by apple, grapefruit and pineapple. In the mouth it is savory, structured with a slight acidulous and harmonious timbre. On the back nose, floral and pineapple notes remain alive accompanied by citrine scents. Elegant, savory and structured sparkling wine that reflects the characteristics of the soil of the Asolo hills. Vinification: Soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature (17-19°c) with selected yeasts. Refinement and rest on the noble lees in steel for three months. The second fermentation is carried out using the Italian method in steel autoclaves. Microfiltration before bottling to separate the yeast cells from the sparkling wine.
