SAUVIGNON BLANC VENETO IGT Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc - IGT Veneto Vineyards of Origin: The grapes come from vineyards located south of Lake Garda in the province of Verona. Vinification / Aging After pressing, after cleaning the must, fermented in steel at a controlled temperature, at a relatively low temperature so as to preserve the organoleptic properties of the noble grape, after an adequate and prolonged period of contact with the fine lees, the wine is then stored in steel and partially aged in wood, until bottling to preserve its freshness. Characteristics and Color: This wine has a pale color with amber reflections, an intense and decisive aroma, typical of Sauvignon Blanc, the typical acidity of the grape elegantly smoothed by the time in wood and an intense flavor typical of the grape. Volume: 12.50% alcohol. Available format: 0.75 bottles, cartons of 6 bottles of Dark Heavy Burgundy, packaged vertically. Closure with a micro natural satin cap.
