Rose & Rose Spumante Brut

Classification: SPARKLING WINE – BRUT Description: Fresh and fruity with the characteristic varietal aromas of the grapes of origin with floral, fruit and spice notes. Intense and persistent, with good acidity, made sparkling with the long Charmat method, which gives persistence and aromaticity on the palate. Characteristics: Fruity, fresh, intensely bodied with an intense yet elegant and fruity acidity typical of Rosé Brut, for palates that prefer cleanliness and freshness. Harvest: Traditional, in the month of September, before the grapes reach full ripeness to capture their freshness and the right acidity to prepare the base for the second fermentation for the “prise de mousse” before bottling. Soil: Sandy soil mixed with granite disintegration, with an acidic pH. Aging / Refining: After alcoholic fermentation and a 60-day secondary fermentation for an elegant and persistent prise de mousse, the Rose & Rose Spumante – Brut is refined for 3 months in the bottle before being released for sale. Aging is not recommended to enhance its fruitier notes. Available formats: 0.75 bottles, boxes of 6. White Heavy Vertical Burgundy Bottles. Natural cork mushroom stopper.
