Provola fresca

Provola is one of the most traditional Sicilian cheeses. It's recognizable by its distinctive thread-like shape, with a string tied to the end for aging. Our dairy's fresh provola has a tender texture and a delicate, milky flavor. We make it using only milk from small local farms, following a traditional artisanal approach.
