ROASTED SHEEP HAM:

It is our version of the more classic cooked pork ham. Sheep's ham processed following our personal recipe which allows for an alternative daily consumption of meat. Extensive breeding preserves the traditions of transhumant breeding, providing for a period of mating that goes from June to November. Furthermore, in the remaining months, they are grazed on meadows that boast different varieties of different aromatic herbs, thus guaranteeing a genuineness of the food products (meat and cheese) that would not be possible to obtain in other ways. In the pasture, the animal not only exhibits its natural behavior, but also rediscovers its eating habits, being free to choose the essences that most benefit it both in qualitative and quantitative terms. The animals are led to high altitude pastures to always guarantee them fresh and excellent quality grass.
