Organic sun dried tomatoes

Our Fiordelisi tomatoes are cut by hand and dried in the Apulian sun through a natural process that only involves the use of salt helping the drying process. They are packaged in a bag, to leave you free to try your hand at preparing a preserve in oil as per tradition.
