Pasta Durum wheat semolina

The edible pasta is called "Durum wheat semolina pasta" and is obtained by drawing, rolling and consequent drying of doughs prepared with durum wheat semolina and water. Only durum wheat semolina is used to form the dough and no coloring substances or preservatives are added.
