Organic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese - 36 months matured
This ripening has reached a maturity that further enhances the flavours and aromas. The texture has the characteristic grain of Parmigiano with white specks of processed protein clearly evident - a sign of a very well-tolerated maturation in general at the digestive level. The straw colour is slightly more evident than when it was matured for 2 years and the flavour has an excellent balance of flavour and sweetness. It lends itself to all culinary uses, providing pleasant flavours and aromas to our dishes.
