Sarullo Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the 25 cl bottle is an oil obtained from Biancolilla variety olives.

All stages of the production process are managed directly by the Sarullo company. The oil is entirely produced with olives hand-picked on the hills of Calamonaci and the surrounding area, which are taken to the mill and milled in the shortest time possible. This allows the organoleptic and health properties of the oil to be preserved unaltered.

On the nose it presents light aromatic notes of fresh olive and on the palate it opens with a persistent sweetness, accompanied by the perception of the fruit and a delicate spicy finish.

Geographical Area: Ribera and surrounding areas (Ag – Sicily – Italy)

Altitude: 300 m above sea level

Ideal use: Raw on fish appetizers, salads, vegetables, steamed legumes, soups, mayonnaise and also for fried fish, white meats, roasts and sautés.

Shelf life: 24 months from packaging

Storage instructions: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
