Grape variety : Nero d'Avola

Vinification : traditional, with long maceration at controlled temperature

Alcohol content : 13% vol.

Color : intense ruby red

Aroma : intense, of cherry and berries

Taste : warm and harmonious with noble acidic notes

Pairing : goes well with meat-based dishes, roasts and game
