Mozzarella Costanzo con latte di Bufala senza lattosio
Lactose-free mozzarella is made with lactose-free buffalo milk, lactose-free milk, salt and rennet. The milk is the same used to produce traditional buffalo mozzarella, for this reason, the flavor is identical. The difference occurs during the production phase where the milk is delactosed. The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella was born to allow intolerant people to consume mozzarella, or dishes made from it, but not only that! It is also suitable for those who frequently and excessively consume dairy products. It is available in round, aversana, bocconcini, bocconi or braid formats, starting from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively on order. To best enjoy it, in particularly cold periods, as mozzarella best expresses its aromas if consumed at a temperature of around 28-30°C, we recommend heating it gently in the microwave at 600 watts for around 15 seconds or, if desired , immerse it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes.
