Mozzarella Costanzo con latte di Bufala
Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh stretched curd cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisan process of hand cutting and is available in round or braid format, in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To best enjoy it, in particularly cold periods, as mozzarella best expresses its aromas if consumed at a temperature of around 28-30°C, we recommend heating it gently in the microwave at 600 watts for around 15 seconds or, if desired , immerse it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always store mozzarella in its preserving liquid and not place it in the refrigerator.
