Climate : Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall
Soil : medium texture, sandy, slightly clayey, a few meters above sea level
Harvest : traditional, manual
Grape variety : Moscato di Alessandria
Vinification : maceration on the skins for 10 hours, controlled fermentation and addition of neutral wine alcohol
Refinement : one year in vat and then in bottle
Alcohol content : 16% vol
Color : antique gold
Perfume : aromatic, intense and fruity
Taste : full and harmonious
Pairing : dry sweets in general, almond and dried fruit sweets, excellent dessert wine
Service : dessert glass, temperature 10° – 12° C.
