BARBERA D'ASTI SUPERIORE DOCG 2017

Thanks to the thinning of the bunches in spring, with careful selection, we obtain the highest quality of the grapes. The harvest is carried out strictly by hand. After pressing and destemming the grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It then undergoes refinement in old French oak barrels for aging for a minimum of 18 months, completed by a period of maturation in the bottle. This is a very long-lived wine, which can be appreciated even after 10 years in the bottle.
