Origin : province of Trapani, Marsala and Mazara del Vallo countryside
Climate : Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall, very hot, windy summers
Soil : medium texture, slightly clayey, a few metres above sea level
Harvest : traditional, manual
Grape variety : Malvasia Bianca
Vinification : maceration on the skins for 10 hours, controlled fermentation and addition of neutral wine alcohol
Refinement : 6 months in vat and then in bottle
Alcohol content : 16% vol
Color : dark gold
Aroma : intense with hints of ripe fruit
Taste : full and harmonious
Pairing : baked desserts and pastries in general
Service : dessert glass, temperature 10° – 12° C.
