Linguine - Organic Pasta of durum wheat semolina

Linguine is a long pasta format typical of the Ligurian tradition, ideal for pasta with clams, with fish sauces and perfect for pasta with pesto. Made with only Russello wheat, it is drawn to bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
