Soil : medium texture, sandy, slightly clayey, a few meters above sea level

Vinification : traditional, in white with soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature

Alcohol content : 12% vol.

Color : straw white with greenish reflections

Fragrance : delicate and floral

Taste : dry, soft, medium structure

Pairing : excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish-based dishes and white meats

Service : tulip glass, temperature 8° C
