Vinification : traditional, in white with soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature

Refinement : in stainless steel vats for 4 months, completed in the bottle

Alcohol content : 12% vol.

Color : straw yellow

Aroma : intense and persistent, with floral hints of white-fleshed fruits that blend with notes of sweet spices

Taste : dry, expertly balanced, soft and fresh
