Gemelli- Organic Pasta of durum wheat semolina

Gemelli are a format reminiscent of busiata, but which has the advantage of cooking faster, perfect for quick and tasty first courses. Made with only wheat of the Russello variety, it is drawn to bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
