Fusilli- Whole wheat organic pasta

One of the most traditional formats of Italian cuisine, Fusilli are perfect to season with a classic pesto with basil or pistachio pesto. Made with only organic wheat of the Russello variety, it is drawn to bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
