Fusilli at carob - Organic pasta of ancient grains and super food

One of the most traditional formats of Italian cuisine, Fusilli, in this version is flavoured with the unmistakable taste of carob. Pasta Minardo is 100% Sicilian, 100% organic. Made only with semolina from Sicilian Ancient Grains, Russsello variety, and mineral water, it is bronze drawn and dried slowly, at low temperature. An artisanal process, for a pasta of excellence.
