Fresco di Capra alle Erbe - Organic fresh goat milk cheese with herbs
Cheese obtained from lactic coagulation thank to a slow processing lasting between 24 and 40 hours. Subsequently drained in cloth and pressed to achieve the right firmness, it is shaped according to needs. The processing gives the product a soft and spreadable consistency, easily blendable for various preparations. The taste is light, fresh, and slightly tangy, enriched by the flovour of the herbs, it has the characteristic notes imparted by goat's milk, without an excessively "goaty" flavor.
