Fior di latte affumicato
Costanzo fior di latte is a fresh stretched curd cheese produced with cow's milk, salt and rennet, naturally smoked with wheat straw.
Given the machine-cutting, its weight is approximately 500 g. It can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of approximately 4°C, for up to a maximum of 5 days. It should be consumed at an ideal temperature of approximately 15–20° C.
It is a ready-to-use product. It is ideal for fillings.
